We’re confident that USI’s Part 107 Exam Prep course will prepare you to pass the FAA Unmanned Aircraft General – Small (UAG) Knowledge Test.

How to Qualify

To be eligible for the Pass or Don’t Pay Guarantee, you must complete all of the following before taking your FAA knowledge test:

• Complete every required unit in the USI Part 107 Exam Prep course.
• Complete at least three practice exam attempts.
• Score 90% or higher on each of the three required practice exam attempts.
• Earn your USI Certificate of Completion.
• Take your first FAA Unmanned Aircraft General – Small Knowledge Test attempt within 10 calendar days of the date shown on your USI Certificate of Completion.

These requirements are designed to make sure you are fully prepared before sitting for the FAA exam.

If You Don’t Pass

Email your refund request to Info@flyusi.org within 90 calendar days of your first FAA exam attempt.

Please include:

• Your full name.
• The email address used to enroll in the USI Part 107 Exam Prep course.
• A copy of your PSI Airman Knowledge Test Report showing that you did not pass.
• Proof of payment for the FAA knowledge test.

You do not need to provide proof of payment for your USI course. We will confirm your purchase using the email address associated with your account.

USI will review your course record and submitted documentation to confirm that all guarantee requirements were completed. Once approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method when possible.

What the Guarantee Covers

If you meet all eligibility requirements and do not pass your first FAA exam attempt, USI will refund:

• The amount you paid for the USI Part 107 Exam Prep course.
• The $175 FAA knowledge testing fee.

The guarantee does not cover travel expenses, lodging, meals, transportation, retesting fees, or any other costs associated with taking the exam or obtaining your Remote Pilot Certificate.

A Few Straightforward Terms

• The guarantee applies only to your first FAA Unmanned Aircraft General – Small Knowledge Test attempt.
• The course must be completed by the same learner who takes the FAA exam.
• All required units and practice exam attempts must be completed before taking the FAA exam.
• The FAA exam must be taken within 10 calendar days of earning the USI Certificate of Completion.
• Submitted records and documentation must be complete and accurate.
• USI may verify course activity, practice exam scores, completion dates, exam results, and proof of FAA exam payment when reviewing a request.
• Each eligible learner and course purchase is limited to one refund.
• Refund requests submitted more than 90 calendar days after the first FAA exam attempt are not eligible.
• Eligibility is based on the guarantee terms in effect when the course was purchased.
