Gulf Coast State College and USI Hold Drone Pilot Boot Camp

Panama City, FL – Gulf Coast State College and the Unmanned Safety Institute are partnering to offer an
Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) Pilot Boot Camp. The program is a condensed pathway to industry
certification and is delivered in an online format taught by qualified and certified instructors. Students
will receive up to eight industry certifications and college credit.

Financial aid and scholarships are available and the program will be no cost to the student. No
experience in flying unmanned aircraft is necessary. Priority will be given to those currently in the
military, exiting the military and to their spouses. The first cohort starts on June 15.
